Restoration is a beautiful, life-changing revelation. When you realize that no matter what happens, you will still end up as a big winner, it is easy to stay in peace.
“When he got into a boat, his disciples followed him. Behold, a violent storm came up on the sea, so much that the boat was covered with the waves, but he was asleep. They came to him, and woke him up, saying, “Save us, Lord! We are dying!” He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.” (Matthew 8:23-26 WEB)
Jesus slept amidst the violent storm. We can also be like our Lord who is full of peace.
This peace comes from faith in God’s word.
Jesus never did anything without first receiving instructions from the Father. He knew that He was supposed to cross to the other side to heal the demoniac.
His absolute faith in the Father allowed Him to sleeping during the storm.
If God says that you will get to the other side, there is no reason to be afraid!
Look through the Bible and see what promises the Holy Spirit is emphasizing to you in this season.
Hold on to that precious rhema word and confess it.
The great storm will pass, and you will experience a great calm!
